Pharmacokinetics: Absorption is rapid and complete after intramuscular injection. The peak plasma concentration is reached within 0.5 to 1 hour. The bioavailability of subcutaneous or intramuscular injection exceeds 90%. It is mainly excreted through glomerular filtration, and the excretion accounts for 40% to 80% of the dose.
